Brand alloys
NFM ZINC ALLOYS
NFM supplies prime grade zinc die-casting alloys according to EN1774:1997 or EN12844:1998 norms (see below). Our ingots carry the NFM brand and are delivered in bundles of 730 kg or in bundles of 1.040 kg.
We also deliver steel coating alloys for the batch/hot dip galvanizing process as well as for the continuous galvanizing process. These alloys are mostly cast in 500 kg jumbo blocks or 1.000 kg jumbo blocks , but can also be supplied in ingots.
Besides standard grades, NFM also proposes custom made alloys, adapted to the specific needs of die-casting foundries, galvanizing plants or zinc oxide producers. Thanks to our two separate casting lines we are in a position to offer standardized and custom made alloys in single production batches from 5 to 150 T weight.
